1. Emergency Fund Recovery

If you have lost access to your device, your funds are safe as long as you possess your BIP39 mnemonic (seed phrase). To begin the recovery process:

  1. Access the Web Recovery Console.
  2. Select "Import Wallet" from the options menu.
  3. Enter your 12, 18, or 24-word seed phrase in the correct order.
  4. The system will scan the blockchain (UTXO set) for your balance.

Warning: Never share your seed phrase with support staff. We will never ask for it.

2. Lightning Node Connectivity (LndHub)

BlueWallet creates a hosted Lightning wallet by default, but power users can connect to their own node (LND, Core Lightning) via the LndHub protocol.

Connecting your node:

  • Install LndHub on your Umbrel, Start9, or RaspiBlitz server.
  • Copy the exported QR Code URL (starts with lndhub://).
  • On the Login Page, paste this URL into the 'Import' field.

3. Fee Management (RBF & CPFP)

Bitcoin network congestion can cause transactions to stall. BlueWallet Web Access supports advanced fee bumping:

Replace-By-Fee (RBF): If your transaction is stuck, you can broadcast a replacement with a higher fee, incentivizing miners to confirm it immediately.
